Ellie, her dog Totoshka, and their friends - the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion - finally reach the Emerald City, but the long-awaited meeting with the Wizard brings a disappointing surprise. In order to have their wishes granted they will have to bring the Wizard the magic tornado from the vengeful Bastinda. The friends embark on a new adventure in the dangerous Purple Land, where they will interfere with the wicked witch's insidious plans and face her minions, the Flying Monkeys. Will good prevail over evil? Will the Wizard keep his promise?
